About the Course
Explore the creative possibilities of clay in our Handbuilding Clay Workshop, a beginner-friendly class where you can shape pottery using your hands and simple tools — no pottery wheel required.
In this relaxed and creative session, students will learn basic handbuilding techniques such as pinch pots, coil building, and slab construction. These methods allow you to create a wide variety of pieces, including small bowls, cups, candle holders, decorative dishes, or sculptural objects.
Our instructor will guide you through the process step by step while encouraging creativity and personal expression. Whether you’re completely new to clay or simply looking for a fun artistic activity, this class offers an enjoyable and accessible introduction to ceramics.
After the class, your piece will remain in the studio to dry, glaze, and kiln-fire. Finished works will be ready for pickup in approximately 2–3 weeks.
